Behind the Scenes

Another collaboration with Jackie & Brian of Blowout Salon.
As the models were being prepped for the Annual Spring Fashion Show at Centenary College, Mariah (of Life in Motion Photography) and I were making sure everything was documented and captured on camera. Cases of makeup, brushes and false eyelashes, multiple packages of hair extensions, bobby pins, hair spray and curling irons, mixed with the incredible creativity of Jackie, Brian and their team, all resulted in bold and very original looks.

Easter Brunch

It was a beautiful Sunday morning. After an early mass we all headed to Morristown for Easter brunch. Friends and family, conversations and tasty food, Bloody Marys and Mimosas... all the perfect ingredients for a wonderful holiday afternoon.

The perfect ending to a perfect Birthday...

Sunny Thursday afternoon

It's sunny again!!! Quite windy but well worth getting outside.
An early afternoon in Historic Chester... As I strolled down Main Street, I admired its nostalgic atmosphere and charming little shops featuring antiques, crafts, jewelry, clothing, artwork, and gourmet chocolates to name a few. I couldn't help the feeling of going back in time...

The Youngtown Edition article about the exhibit

During my exhibition two weeks ago I was interviewed by Tracy Eustaquio who's the staff writer for CCM's newspaper The Youngtown Edition. Here's the article on the event and a few highlights of our conversation.

Photography Exhibition

The Gallery opening was a great success. I was very nervous going to the reception, yet quietly hoping my work was found interesting and original. We were to present two of our portfolios- the main one hanging on the gallery walls along with work-in-progress portfolio book. Images from the latter can be viewed here.
The event went very well, actually better than I expected. I had a wonderful opportunity to meet and speak with many art and photography experts, and to get their valuable feedback about my work. I was also given many tips and great advice on how to be a successful artist and how to move to the next level in my career.

As part of the reception a small farewell celebration was held for one of our professors, Charles Luce, who will be retiring after 25 years of teaching photography here at CCM.
Here’s a short article about prof. Luce followed by a few images from last night’s event.

Conversations, conversations...

I am proud to present my portfolio work =)
