Cherry Blossoms

Ahhh, I am still in awe of this spring session! 

Even though we missed the peak of the cherry blossoms at Branch Brook Park we were still able to capture some of it. 

Finding the perfect dress and waiting for nice weather to finally come took some time. 

So everything was kind of last minute. 

When the dress came I was able to quickly put together this flower crown and we were on our way to the park! 

We did it! And I love the outcome!

Pregnancy is such an exciting and incredibly special time.
As a photographer being able to capture these beautiful moments is such an honor.

This mommy-to-be is due in just a couple of weeks and she could not look any more gorgeous!

Renee + Adam || The Chesapeake Bay Romantic Wedding Inspiration || Bayside Workshop

Just as I thought things could not get any better at The Bayside Workshop, day two came!
After morning lectures and presentations we were off to shoot a romantic wedding inspiration with Renee and her husband Adam.

Silver Swan Bayside provided a beautiful backdrop. And the sunset on the bay was just spectacular!

It was a perfect ending to this amazing experience.
I had never felt so inspired and motivated. I left the workshop with a thousand ideas,
 new friendships, and as a member of a community that is supportive, encouraging and empowering!

Christine +Justin || The Chesapeake Bay Couples Session || Bayside Workshop

Last November I took a long drive down to The Chesapeake Bay in Maryland, to participate in
 The Bayside Workshop hosted by Natalie Franke and Krista Jones.

The next two days were filled with lectures and presentations on topics including branding, social media marketing, blogging, getting published, as well as posing and styling, workflow tips, and more.

I loved getting to know the incredible ladies behind it along with other creatives who attended the workshop.

The highlight of each day was of course the styled shoot!
I was in awe! The setting could not have been more beautiful, and the couple more stunning!

I am so excited to finally be able to share the images from day one shoot.

Spring Dress

When you find that perfect spring/summer dress you just have to photograph it! 

As soon as I slipped this floral Eva Mendes for NY & Co. dress on I knew it was a keeper. 

I love its flattering mid length, the beautiful pattern, and removal straps. 

But the best part are the pockets! I love dresses and skirts with pockets! 

I paired the dress with the perfect nude pumps by Christian Louboutin for my Easter brunch look. 

Sunday Afternoon

Ahhhh, the great outdoors!

After many long weeks of winter it was so nice to finally get out.

The children were probably the most excited. 

Because, who doesn't like an afternoon in the park?
