Trying to photograph two little ones together was a bit of work and a lot of sweat.

Samantha was ready and excited, Jack not too thrilled about the rose petals or the flashing lights ;-)

But at the end we all had fun!

Being able to escape the cold winter weather for just a few days was something we were looking forward to.  Our destination- The US Virgin Island of St. Thomas. 

Crystal clear water and a blue sky, sandy beach and a gentle breeze....

Oh... to feel the warmth of the sun on our skin again....

Birthday Cake

Turning one can be so much fun! Especially when you can have a birthday cake all to yourself!

Oh, where did the year go?
It is so hard to believe that our little man is turning one today.
It has been incredible getting to know him and seeing him grow.
There is a special connection between Jack and his sister- they simply adore each other!

He is the happiest baby and we are so blessed to have him in our lives!

Aleksandra, Part 1

She is smart and beautiful, funny and fun.
I first met Ola (short for Aleksandra in Polish) over a decade ago. Barely a teenager then, she grew up to be a strong and independent young woman.

We spent a cool fall afternoon in the park as she let me photograph her.

An impromptu trip to a park one autumn afternoon turned into a quick photo session with our little ones. It was so much fun watching them entertain each other, explore and play with all the colorful leaves.
